Great place if your looking for conservative science-based pain relief. The whole teams great from the great admin (Maddie - Emily) to the Dr's esp. Dr Saul and his associate.

Pathetic, i had an online zoom meeting with Dr Sharma, i waited over an hour and she never turned up! This was about 2 months ago and i have tried to call them, i only ever get an answer phone promising to call me back and leave details. I have asked them to call me back multiple times and they never bothered, meantime i'm struggling badly with pain... Disgusting, they obviously don't care or they would have responded, very disappointing...

Finally. After seeing countless GP’s, specialists, a physio, a chiro, an osteo & an acupuncturist. This doctor was able to give me the CORRECT diagnosis. He also has a sense of humour, something that I find lacking in this industry. Not to mention he bulk billed me. As I haven’t been working the last few months because of the injury and have spent thousands trying to figure out what’s wrong, I really needed that. 100% recommend

Very knowledgeable doctor when it comes to pain management and rehabilitation. Saul is down to earth and is a straight shooter. Would highly recommend him to anyone.

Excellent pain management program

Would give Zero stars if possible. Attended initial consult as a Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) client for pain relief of service related back injury. No communication despite many attempts to follow up. Three months later Dr Sharma blames DVA processing delays on lack of pain relief, followed up with DVA and paperwork was never lodged by the Dr. Arranged a fast tracked approval and things seemed okay. This year I needed a new approval for scripts. Appointment booked with wrong patient and had to be rebooked. 12 weeks later and still not lodged with DVA again. Ask for discharge letter so I can seek treatment elsewhere and being maliciously delayed - have been two months without pain relief and being blocked from seeking treatment elsewhere. They contacted me regularly to try and get me to enrol in their pain management courses even though I advised them I wasn’t interested because I had already done one but ghosting me when seeking my regular treatment. Avoid at all costs.

Lovely to talk to but absolutely no help in regards to my pain.
