These guys are the best bunch of blokes going around in the timber supply business. They always have time to provide advice and knowledge, prices are more than reasonable, quality superb, and service by far the best I've encountered.

I have spent months calling each week trying to get 'Damien' to come and view the timber retaining wall that is crumbling due to poor quality timber purchased from sawmill trading company. Not only does he avoid my calls (staff have advised of this) but he has committed to coming to my home on multiple occasions but just doesn't show. Now it seems my number is blocked. Will be seeking legal advice. This is appalling, unprofessional, time consuming, expensive and stress inducing ++

The truck driver was out the front dumping wood on the footpath and abusing car drivers instead of backing up the driveway and leaving it in our front yard. When my wife spoke to him he was rude to her as well. When my wife rang the office to discuss this they had no interest in helping her. They left the wood dumped on a public footpath as a trip hazard straight across from a school. There are plenty of other places to buy timber. I won't be using this company ever again

Had an old deck that needed to be replaced , I was given advice that the whole thing needed to be replaced - these guys sorted me out with competitive price along with insight that only new top deck was needed - thanks a bunch highly recommend for level of service and price.

Waxwood sleepers have rotted after 8 years despite correct install & treatment of cut edges etc. Not recommended. No assistance from Sawmill Trading.

We are spectacularly disappointed with our brand new expensive floor.Can't speak poorly enough of the quality.Lower your expectations and forget about it looking anything like the product in the showroom.Good luck if you choose them.
