I purchased a pool vacuum from Alex a few days ago and I must say I was really happy with the service. I got my vacuum pretty quickly delivered to my door. He was helpful with getting it setup and gave me some good tips.

Alex is a gem. He helped me identify my pool issue over the phone and is heading out to fix it. Took the time to spend 30 mins on the phone with a stranger. What an absolute legend. Highly recommend this guy to everyone

Alex is amazing! So quick to respond to my enquiry, didn’t have to wait long at all for a visit plus he is more than happy to offer advice and support over the phone instead of charging a call out each time like others do. He was very thorough when looking at my pool and actually offers solutions that were cheaper than the normal. He replaced faulty cell and provided products that keep my pool chemical maintenance low!

Alex is a very friendly and genuine person to do business with. I was in need of a new pool cleaner and really appreciated Alex's clear and practical advice on the matter. There was no pressure sales pitch; instead Alex looked for ways to solve the problem AND save me money at the same time. It was a terrific buy. And then when my unit sustained some accidental damage, he was on hand straightaway to get the matter fixed. His service and support is second to none. Highly recommended!

What a legend, I had an issue with my pool and it has cost me a fortune already. I contacted Alex and asked him for help and listening to me and what I've been through he run me through the lot to fix my pool over the phone for 4 days until it was sorted. Didn't ask me for a cent. True legend and gentleman. If you ever get in a pickle like I did don't try and sort it and pay monster coin on chems. Get this legend and save money and time. Thanks so much Alex
