The absolute worst, from not booking, to double charging and refusing to refund. Every month without fail something goes wrong and when you call you can never get an English speaking person

Awesome staff, great activities. Making kids smile is definitely what they do. The range of activities (sport, craft, reading and games) are delivered by the loveliest of staff whose enthusiasm matches that of the kids. Ziggy counts down to the days he gets to hang out there.

Sometimes i wonder how these guys got licenced, second day of prep and first day of school care my girl was left to wander the playground and no one came to pick her up from class.... totaly unacceptable. Coupled to this its all a about $ and not about looking after the kids using as many trainees as possible to keep the cost down.... bad service.ect ect.....I would give no stars if i could

Staff at our local are very friendly but school holiday program is very lacking.All the activities they have planned for the kids to do that day, when I picked her up they did only 1 of them & amused themselves the rest of the day. Out of the 6-8 activities listed they did 1? I get sometimes you can’t do them all because things take longer than you think but my little 1 was crying upset when I picked her up because she hasn’t done any of the activities they were told they’d be doing. Sounds like not much effort is put in to organisation & the kids just spend 7 hours amusing themselves.

Worse experience ever!At first did not send through our CCS!camp Australia did not notify anything but keep charging full price.Costumer service was very bad could not solve any issue asked me call centrelink.I called centrelink responded was camp Australia problem, Did not send enrolment.You have CCS current.So we keep doing circlesCamp Australia still say they have nothing wrong could not do anything still need pay full price.Never have any centre like this does not help solve any problems! Worse experience ever!

Appalling service had children unattended a parent allowed himself entry and whilst still unsupervised talk to a child and a nasty matter that child’s bow to frightened to return and they will not cancel payment as there’s no notice and wasn’t their fault then storeys began to change within staff and now after seeking higher advice no response . Get with it camp Australia there to protect and care for these children do a better Job !

Worst company. They stuff up my CSC everytime and now all our bookings have disappeared and they say they can't book cause at full capacity.
