Very disappointing today. Only one other customer being attended. I asked how to unhook the dressing cubicle curtain, one staff grabbed it and threw it down telling me it was very easy !! Two women working whom I had to ask three times for assistance. The way my two items were packed was appalling. Fortunately your staff are normally quite remarkable - today I should have walked straight back out.
