I would give zero if I could, don’t trust the agents this company employs! Dodgy is an understatement when it comes to property managers representing this agency. I am a very well respected building and pest inspector, so when moving into a rental I take many many more pictures than an average person would expect to. We had to leave the premises early due to no maintenance and the deplorable state of the house. Now your property manager wants to take us to qcat to have it bond cleaned. Once qcat has finished I will be taking this much much further than you will expect me to.

We had inspection at 9:30 and they never showed up. Called the office and they don't care the problem. Waste of time.

Waste of time. Went to inspect 102/433 WATSON ROAD, Acacia Ridge, Qld today and it was the most disgusting place ever. and it was rented by tenants. We were grossed out. The images advertised did not reflect the condition of this property. Eww
