Just because the booking wasn't in my name. I was present when I had to walk the cleaners through the place. while my partner who made the booking was on the phone to you. More then one person can leave a review if it's the same service. So take thatDO NOT RECOMMEND.DO NOT PAY UPFRONTAnd if you are reading this after booking but can't cancel do not let them leave until it is done properlyArrived to meet cleaners for end of lease Clean @ 12:10pm they were finished" @ 3:25pmThey had less than the normal end of lease Clean to do.Walked in looked around noticed some parts were missed and the list didn't stop there.I had to show them what was missed in every room~The flooring was dirty

Didn't clean well enough, were 1hr late, used the toilet and didnt flush or clean it, keep saying they don't have a booking when I tried to follow up despite the obvious email paper trail/confirmation emails. Say all these things they didnt do are 'extras' when that was never stated upfront. Wish I had checked google reviews first, my bad. Terrible business.

Dilan and the team were incredibly efficient and thorough. They went above and beyond what was required to ensure our property was in a suitable end of lease condition, as well as being very friendly and professional to communicate with. I would absolutely rebook with them in future and would recommend them to anyone requiring cleaners.

This company was appallingly bad. Surely they cannot claim to be bond" cleaners

I cannot believe how unhappy I am with this company. I am beyond frustrated at myself for not checking the reviews before booking. They do NOT provide a deep clean or an end of lease clean. I would NEVER suggest using these cleaning services, to ANYONE.I am intrigued to see the effort put into to the response of this review. Reading through other negative reviews and the responses from the company, I think they should spend more time training their cleaners, being honest with extra fees, and actually providing end of lease cleans than wasting time defending their poor service online.On website : “Do not worried about receiving your bond money back? By choosing Austral cleaning you are about to received 100% bond money back.”Reality: be worried. They do not do proper deep cleans.On website: “All Our end of lease cleaning prices include, all labour charges, chemical & equipment cost. No hidden or extra costs”Reality: if you want a proper clean, you will have to pay extra. extra costs include: cleaning cupboards - inside and out, cleaning blinds, actually spending the appropriate time on cleaning the walls.The inside of the oven was cleaned, however the outside of the oven was not. The stovetop was not. The rangehood was still dirty. The fan was still dirty.The walls were not cleaned, they were wiped down. When I asked why they said ‘they didn’t want to leave marks on the walls using incorrect chemicals’. If they are a proper end of lease cleaning company, why do the cleaners not know which chemicals to use to clean walls appropriately? They left marks all over the walls that I myself had to go over and clean, and COULD clean, with a little bit of scrubbing and WITHOUT ‘appropriate cleaning substances’. They left the blue tack on the walls and cleaned over the top instead of removing it.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICEAustral Cleaning contact out to third parties. Despite the quote and booking confirmation coming from them, they have nothing to do with the actual job.We received confirmation for 9am Monday. I received a call on Sunday to say they need to come later in the day. Then a text on Monday to say they were busy that day and would come Tuesday morning. At 1215 Tuesday they arrived. We attended to inspect after 3.5 hrs and were absolutely appalled that anyone calling themselves a cleaner could think what they did was ok.Every window rail was filthy. Light fittings weren't dusted, dirt in corners of cupboards and floor, cleaning with dirty cloths, foot prints all over the floor. I used to regularly clean this house in under 4 hrs as one person and only hired cleaners because of time restraints. I honestly don't know what on earth 2 people did for 3.5 hrs.An absolute waste of time and money. The cleaners and Austral should be ashamed of themselves for promising a service that they clearly have no intention of delivering.

DO NOT BOOK - TOTAL SCAM. Not worth even the one star review they have. Sohail and Ahmed were doing the cleaning. Extremely unprofessional and unwilling to do any kind of quality work. Regret not checking reviews prior to booking.

One of my renters used this company and the cleaning done was sub-standard. We have been trying to contact them for two weeks to get them to rectify the issues (toilet not clean, floors not clean, splashback not clean, stove not clean etc) and no-one is responding. Please do not use these cleaners!

The worst service ever, If I would know I have to come back to “fix” it, I would have done the cleaning from the beginning myself. There was 3 people for 7 hours in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment and they couldn’t even could vacuum or mop properly. Actually they damage one of the cabinets. Don’t use chemical products for the sinks or even steams the floors. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE IF YOU WANT YOUR BOND BACKYou have to rebook yourself the cleaner that did the job but they don’t answer and the manager don’t even border in organize or fix the situation.I’m deeply sad because we ended losing more money for a double cleaning and part of the bond. This company is just false advertising
