I have had nothing but praise for the work carried out on our Peugeot 407 coupe by Paul and his talented staff. Repairs are undertaken in a timely fashion, I have been kept up to date with the work and all issues are carefully explained. Costs are very reasonable and of course the whole orchestra" is conducted by Cindy. Hats off to Universe Motors"

I can't rate this firm highly enough. Paul is friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. In the first visit, he saved us about $2500 in unnecessary parts by diagnosing the real cause of a problem - then patiently went about finding the appropriate part for us.

What a great experience I had with Universe Motors - they went above and beyond to give me a perfect experience from the front office to the mechanics - my car has never run so well and it only showed me how poor the past services were with other suppliers - they will be my only choice from now on and I will be recommending to all I can. Well done team - brilliant service.

These guys are rip offs. $1360 for a general service and new brakes. $750 of that for 5 hours labour, a job that 3 other mechanics said should have taken half the time. The mechanic tried to give my car back with the brake lights still out. They have taken no responsibility when I’ve disputed the outrageous price. Service your car elsewhere.

Sadly, however nice these people are doesn't make up for the fact that they are not up to par with the servicing of my modern Audi. Like a previous poster we found several items that were missed on the service that were subsequently picked up by our next independent service center..items that had led to significantly more expensive repairs that were definitely avoidable.

The most EXPENSIVE service I ever had in my life time. three time more expensive than other any luxury car service. Does not mean if he good or bad. ripping off money makes him really a bad thief

I had a very bad experience bringing my car in for a minor issue. They undertook work that I did not agree to, and charged me an exorbitant amount for it. To make matters worse their attempts at repairing the issue with my car has resulted in further damage which I am now forced to go elsewhere to try mitigate. I have tried being reasonable and voiced my concerns directly in the first instance, however Paul has refused to take any responsibility for the costs that the negligent work has resulted in. This matter will be referred to VCAT in the coming weeks.
