So thankful to have a 24 hour chemist near where we live. This place is always open when we need something urgently. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The night shift are too.

usualy i had to leave bad staff for anybody but i had to say that culmited with me been client for years here today pharmacist loud voice was very frustrated sounded and i was felt ashamed and humiliated no good be grumpy other i know was always good apart of this incident i feel best i find another place after many years were is more respected talk

Pharmacist is still deciding weather to be nice or not customers keep you on the job maybe do some star jumps to get you excited for your job

I visited this store at roughly 3am on the 6/1. I walked in, was not greeted or acknowledged by anyone. I continued to walk down every aisle as I was struggling to find what I needed and still then was not helped. I waited at the dispensery for the pharmacist Mariam to assist me but still then she did not even look up. I then after numerous minutes of waiting had to ask for help. The phamracist Mariam was short, rude and dismissive. She pointed to the direction of the product I needed and couldn't tell me for sure if they stocked it. She then proceeded to yell from where she was standing if I had found the product. Overall my experience was very disapointing and I was made to feel like a nuisance.

I was abused by the pharmacist, he gave my husband generic meds without asking if that was ok…as they had no stock of the PRESCRIBED MEDS! Usually we are asked if we would like the generic… Which meant a double trip to the chemist! then made us wait for over 20 minutes with a sick child at home…When we asked what is happening with the refund the pharmacist who was on call tonight 16 Oct eve shift started shouting at me and refused to give his name. Shouting on top of his voice in a threatening manner stating my husband should have stated he wanted the original ? Not allowing me to talk? Is this how you treat your customers?Honestly shocked and disappointed with this abuse and lack of service.I will be making a formal complaint for being verbally abused!UPDATE: Thank you Ali for taking the time to look into the matter and sort it all out. It shows you care about your customers and that alone speaks for itself
