I can't fault my experience. Anthony is a lovely, honest, and genuine character running this shop out the front of his flat with his 2 (big and lovely) dogs. The bike was prepared on the spot and was exactly what I was looking for. I would recommend this place and bike to my friends. It feels better supporting small business as well.

Anthony's specialist bike shop - optimum bikes - optimum performance, durability, stability, gears, brakes and options at an optimu value-for-money price point. No frills. No lycra, no shoes, no high-end racing handlebars and super-light-weight pumps - just optimum riding for an optimum price. I'm a fan and I've known quite a few people to buy Anthony's bikes.

A fantastic growing business. Anthony was very genuine and helpful. Upon buying a new bike, along with test rides, I was offered a 14 day trial, a free service and a discounted new helmet - very impressive customer service for a small company!I chose the 8-speed city bike and it has not disappointed me. It isn't quite state-of-the-art, but it's well equipped and is extremely good value at $425. It looks great, feels solid, has good brakes and smooth gears. My trial period is over, and I'm confident that I've made the right purchase. If you're looking for a commuter bike, I'd highly recommend visiting iamfree!

Testifying to every other review on here - amazing bikes for an unbeatable price. And more importantly, the personal attention and service from Anthony. He set up my bike within a few hours and outfitted it with all the things I needed perfectly. The bike looks incredible and rides so well. Super pleased!

Anthony was amazing! I had bought one of his bikes from Facebook Marketplace, and contacted him about a service. His replies were prompt, his service so well-priced and he even replaced the bicycle fork for free, which he said was recalled several years ago.His bike feels super sturdy and easy to ride, so glad I've finally got one. Thanks so much Anthony :)

Excellent and extremely affordable commuter bike with all the features I required. But what really stands out is the customer service by Anthony; friendly, helpful, humble and will not hesitate to go out of his way to make your experience an enjoyable one.My first time on a bike in 20 years, I am glad I picked this store to walk in to.
