Shazza is a wonderful, kind and empathetic pharmacist. I wish there were more like her.This is also a great chemist with lots of real specials that are genuine bargains.

Be careful there..check your item pricesBefore you pay at the register.For example item was $38..... now it's $43 at register..it's happens quite a few timesGet your act together guys stop trying to rip public off.....

Very bad customer service snd strict return policy over sealed eye drops. The doctor recommended the actual antibiotics and single use vials so I went to return sealed and unopened bottles that was labelled as OTC medicine. And cannot return under the law, when asked what law, the pharmacist showed the store policy!? BTW it's this eye drops are not a medical product like paracetamol, just eye drops. I would have exchanged them for the antibiotic drops, but anyway the pharmacist was unnecessarly rude and condescending, repeating that he wanted to make me happy but I was wasting my time.

Extremely rude staff member disrespected us and failed to provide even a below average customer service experience. I wouldn’t bother asking questions to them or requesting a stock check after this experience.

Pharmacistsjust don’t care about customers. I leave my script there and usually I get sent a sms saying your script is ready, I didn’t this month ( The last time I picked up my script I asked if I had any repeats left and I was told yes)When I went there yesterday for my script refill I was told the script had expired. I asked why I wasn’t notified, she just gave me a blank look. I asked if I could owe them a script and send it on Monday, it was another blank face no….I work for doctors and this particular pharmacy along with many other pharmacies constantly call asking us to send owing scripts which we always oblige, I will now make a conscious effort never to oblige this pharmacy again.My apologies to Peter also a pharmacist and the owner a very nice man, unfortunately I can’t ever say the same for your pharmacist!!!

They had a 2 for 1 sale on preworkout. But there was only 1 left. I asked if I could get the discounted price for 1 since they didn’t have a second one to sell me and the cashier stuttered through some indecipherable gibberish before getting his manager; both told me that it was not possible. How disappointing.

What terrible customer service this store has. I had bought crutches after having torn my ligaments in my ankle, however didn’t end up using them. I bought these on 23rd June and went to return these today 1st July. I couldn’t get there any earlier due to my injury. They the pharmacist Mohammed and the store manager, was so rude just refused to accept the return or a store credit stating that chemist warehouse head office had a 7 day return policy. He said I needed to go through head office to complain and see if they would accept the return of it. So at the store I ring head office customer service and they advise it’s the stores discretion, to refund after 7 days. So essentially they lied to just get me to go away. I placed the customer service operation on speaker phone so he could speak to the store manager, but he still refused to refund these crutches or provide a store credit. I left my number for the owner Peter Ibrahim to call me, but I wonder if he ever will. It’s Friday 1st July and I leave for my overseas trip on Monday 4th. I’ve now got a new pair of crutches that will just go into landfill. Overall such terrible customer service.

The female pharmacist is very rude and very bitter! Disgrace to the company. They should fire her!!!!I was there today 3 Dec 2022 around lunch time.I will make a complaint, I wasn’t happy the way I was treated.

Great service from staff. Not very crowded store. Big range. Would be 5/5 rating but prices scanned up higher than the price signage so be sure to check your receipts or price at the registers.
