Great builder very helpful fast and good value...

Terrible workmanship. Nightmare building with them. Engineering requirements not followed. Built the brickwork above garage door opening twice but still could not get it right. They did not put in the reinforcement required by engineer. I had to pay another brickie to knock it off and build it the third times. Over 50 items of complaints with Building Commission.

Persona Homes had recently completed our first home. The journey was pleasant and the team is very responsive & professional. I won't hesitate to build with Persona again!

Responsible builder who responded promptly to questions and queries. Items which were flagged out after inspection were dealt with, though not with the best speed.However, given the current building supply issues and manpower crunch, they have done a commendable job.Will definitely engage their services again for my future build.

Built an investment property with Persona Homes.Despite the difficulties and shortages affecting the building industry, Persona was able to complete our house within exactly 12 months.The whole team was quite approachable and available throughout the project.It was completed on budget and the craftsmanship has been excellent!If we build another house, it certainly will be be with Persona and we would certainly recommend Persona Homes to any friends or family

I had a bad experience with a purchase of house and package I had last year and this builder ( the development company changed the original promised builder and nominated Persona without asking our opinion). As a first buyer without much experiences in WA, we felt so disappointed. That’s why we canceled the deal for the development company’s misconduct. Based on the content we discussed during last meeting on July, we wished to chasing our fully or partly deposit back from this builder if they sell those property successfully to other new buy. During the meeting, Their staff also showed us how they calculated our expense, such as we paid for their staff salaries over $200/300 per person per hour! After I noticed the property was sold successfully I have sent emails to confirm with their staff in the following months, but I haven’t got any reply to my email from their staff since July for couple of months which breach the promise when last meeting.I have edited my review since I found it does not show up. I also got many calls and threat for taking legal actions to me by emails from this builder since I have posted my experience here!

Persona is building ahouse next to our newly building house in Willetton. We caught them stealing water and electricity from our site numerous times and complained, they apologised but kept on stealing. Very unprofessional and be careful about your credibility if you’re planning to build with them.

Recommended Persona to a number of friends who have expressed their disappointments and today I had the pleasure of talking to Kelly on the phone regarding a signage that have been left on vacant land for 3 years and she hung up on me! Total opposite to how I remember Persona that I dealt with a few years ago, if you are looking for ‘Karen’ to talk to on the phone, this is the place, otherwise, avoid it.

We are neighbours to the land they are building on. They stole 17kl of water from our newly installed tap for their siteworks when their own tap was only 2kl used. Sprayed blue paint marks on our new fence and spread dirt all over our block. tractor marks. Persona Homes have been dumping debris, metal rods, pipes and placing building materials on our site - when we are supposed to have our site clean and ready for our own build.
