Trying to cancel your membership with this establishment is ridiculous. Sent an email on 19th December to give my 30 days notice. Followed up multiple times via email only to get the “my area manager call you” response.WHAT FOR. Just cancel my account like I asked, I gave you 30 days! I’ll never be joining anytime ever again.No doubt I’ll get a passive aggressive response from the area manager as seen in her responses below.

Good while you are a member, but once you cancel they still debit your account for the next 30 days even if you have payed your membership out in advance. Read the fine print before signing your contract.

DO NOT GO TO THIS GYM. I was bullied by 3 members. Told management. Nothing was done. A week later 1 of the perpetrators was given 'member of the month'. Great showcase of morals and standards. Also, gym was always in a disgusting state. Never clean.

One of the best branches in Maitland. I train at another and well.... its good to see music video clips and extreme sports on the TV's instead of depressing news and decent music!It's also amazing what you can do with such a small space by placing equipment strategically
