Coffs Coast Audio

I was a bit hesitant to phone Coffs Coast Audio because we didn’t want a fancy integrated audio system or anything special, I just wanted to be able to hear my tv, play my cd's, vinyls, DVD’s and listen to the radio. Jarrod came to our home and after really listening to us suggested great solutions. He was very patient and helpful.Both he and Gavin are great communicators who really listen to their customers.They held onto our purchases for a few weeks because we had an unexpected health emergency which was lovely of them.We are very happy with our new soundbar and stereo system. We ended up buying a sound bar, CD player, turntable, and amplifier/ radio with great speakers.Jarrod and his trainee ( I think it was his son) installed our equipment very professionally and explained in simple English how it all worked and made sure that we were clear on it all. I might add that I’m not especially gifted in using electronics!I would definitely recommend Jarrod and Gavin at Coffs Coast Audio to anyone, not just those who are experienced with music systems, but to ordinary people who appreciate music and want to have the best possible experience.Thanks Jarrod and Gavin!

If you want the best gear don't go anywhere else. Coffs Coast Audio are a super helpful and knowledgable team who went above and beyond with their customer service to get the best solution for our needs. Highly recommended!

Had these guys out few times over the years. system was never finished off correctly and we were always left disappointed. Just too busy to finish things correctly. Would not recommend again

These guys are very helpful. I bought a great amplifier and a TV from them. They've ordered in a couple of other items for me and this had been done promptly and without fuss. They've even called to let me know when the item arrived in their store. Their range is a bit limited but then we do live in a regional town, not the capital city. Highly recommended.
