Unbeknownst to myself, I received one of those quickly, mass produced treadmills courtesy of the pandemic. After about 2 months of daily use, it died all the sudden, mid run. I was able to get a hold of ICON, the treadmill company, who routed me to QFIT, which is where John and I quickly established a running weekly service appointment. Due to no fault of QFIT at all, my machine was destroying each part that John brought in each week to try out. Control boards, control panels and short circuits soon became the weekly norm. As soon as John had products to bring, he would contact me ASAP. He worked quickly, but thoroughly, and always very friendly and professional. I very much appreciated having his knowledge base and patience with this pandemic treadmill.I mean this in the nicest way possible, John, I hope we don't cross paths again (for the treadmill!).We have other equipment at home and I would certainly not hesitate to contact John with QFIT if I needed servicing or consultation in the future. Really exceptional company!

Excellent service and follow up from Stevo and QFit. We received a fast initial response to our request for a new belt. There were challenges due to the age and type of Tread mill I own. Stevo and QFit persisted and made 3 visits to us in Brisbane until the job was done. Really happy with this type of customer service and will continue to use this company.

This company is the best. Stevo was so helpful and has such expertise. Be your own best friend and call them if your treadmill is broken. He fixed mine at such a reasonable price.

Love your work John. We got all our bikes, rowers and ski erg serviced. The work was completed very professionally and in a timely matter. Will definitely be back when our machines are due for another service. Thanks again :)
