The Rug Experts picked up our 7 precious rugs and returned them as new a week and a half later. They also made careful and precise repairs on an old large Afghan rug. All work is on site in Earlwood where they have a large washing and drying shed behind the shop. Outstanding, prompt knowledgeable and respectful service. I've since found out that quite a few friends are fans of this business. Five stars.

One of my cats had an 'accident' (pee) on our stunning very valuable Mid-Century rug.The rug experts did a fantastic job to get rid of the smell, the stain and treated the vintage rug with the greatest respect and understanding.Pick up and delivery and a friendly smile - all included.

The team have done a wonderful job on our carpets (3 sent for cleaning to date). They have been revived beautifully and even the melted wax which I thought damaged one of the rugs has been restored. I was hesitant to send our rugs away for cleaning but am glad I found The Rug Experts. A professional group who are knowledgeable about Persian rugs - I would recommend them to anyone looking for a gentle and effective clean.

Cleaned and repaired two Persian rugs. Fantastic result. The colours are back and as vibrant as when we first bought them. They are soft and look just great. The team were responsive and Ali's knowledge of rugs is profound.Thank you

Cannot praise The Rug Experts highly enough. The whole process, from quote, to collecting our rug, cleaning it, and returning it, could not have been any smoother. And the quality of the clean definitely exceeded expectations, we had no idea our twenty-year-old rug could look as good as it does now!!

Ali clearly knows his business and his help and advice was very welcome. Two silk/wool combination rugs were cleaned for the first time, so was nervous about the result, but no need - both came back looking and feeling practically new with no discoloration or shrinkage. His help moving furniture and assistance relaying the rugs was also very much appreciated.Good value, great result. Would definitely recommend.

The Rug Experts did a fantastic job on my rug. It was dirty despite having been steam cleaned by someone and washed by someone else. I was thinking it was beyond help.The job the Rug Experts did was exceptional. The rug is clean and fresh, the service was efficient and the communication could not be faulted. Oh and the cost - comparable to having it steam cleaned, but way better value for the result.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
