ECCO Westfield Hornsby

The attitude of the store manager (black hair woman in her 50s) is quite disappointing. When I was exchanging my office shoes as one of the soles was clearly coming off she said that 'she would return it but this is not a shoe fault'. It appears that in her opinion I was a person who did not know how to walk properly.Ecco used to be a great brand 7-10 years ago when back then I would be using their shoes for more than 3 years with no issues as they had factories in Slovakia and Portugal. Now, majority of their shoes are made in China and while it helped to keep prices down the quality went down the hill. This is my second pair of Ecco shoes bought recently that did not last more than 12 months. Time to change the brand.

I use orthotics due to osteoarthritis and plantar fasciitus and have had difficulty in finding the appropriate footwear due to my condition. However, Ivy the manager at Hornsby Ecco had great knowledge of her products, and patience in finding the most appropriate shoe for me. It was such a relief to have someone who genuinely cares. It was overall a lovely experience.

I purchased a pair of Ecco sandals last year and was impressed with their comfort. So I decided to buy another pair.The saleswoman whom I consulted was effective and efficient. Best quality sandals & so comfortable. The sole is properly moulded, not just a flat slab of cushioned foam. Have done 9km walk in Ecco sandals and feet are fine...

Young fellow was so helpful when my husband, who is an amputee, came in.

Bought online Men's Hybrid Chukka boots but the size wasn't to my feet's liking!..so instead the young teen assistant kindly recommended a substitute. The Moccasins slip-ons was a good fit and I'm happy with my purchase. Plus I was refunded the balance off the boots which I put towards a tube of shoe moisturiser.

I have always been a fan of ecco shoes, they have big sizes, (I'm US 14) and their shoes are super comfortable and have hard wearing soles. They have moved into a range of casual and formal footwear and while their prices often seem high, they really last compared to other shoes in the same price range.

First time shopping at ECCO. I have unusually sized/shaped feet, but Ashley was very helpful and patient in finding the right pair of shoes for me. Most comfortable men's dress shoes I've ever purchased! Many thanks!
