This exemplified when the plumber failed to turn up for the final installation and you arrived on our doorstepwith your tool kit, ready to rectify and modify the plumbing. They explain the differences in costs between different options, which helps you know where you might want to spend a bit extra, or could save a bit.

KRC install my new kitchen in 2020. Abe designed a beautiful kitchen to the specifications I requested.Unfortunately that is were the customer service stops.The kitchen installer did not communicate with the electrician to install all the PowerPoints .The kitchen was installed without PowerPoints to the microwave cupboard or the bench area near the stove.I personally had to contact KRC and ask them to return to install these PowerPoints . Electrical conduit were made behind the dishwasher and now dishwasher doesn’t not sit flush with the cupboards and dishwasher does not pump out properly . I contacted the dishwasher maintenance person who replaced pump( $220) and the problem still has not been rectify rending a Bosh dishwasher unusable.I ask KRC for a quote for a new cupboard in the dishwasher space at a cost $1000 !The bench top is of poor quality, as a chip appeared on the surface of bench top shortly after kitchen was installed. I have contacted KRC without any resolution to my issues .

Nikita Munro- firstly two years ago I dealt with Gus who was a pleasure to work with and assisted in our kitchen design from imagination and ideas and made it happen. Secondly I dealt with Abe today, two years later, he remembered us (made me feel like a valued customer) and assisted me with a further purchase and query. Abe was extremly easy to work with.He was professional and easy to contact.My kitchen and laundry are amazing and very well finished.I went in with a particular design in mind and he has brought my vision to life.Couldn't be happier.I highly recommend KRC.

Our kitchen was probably not the most straightforward as our house is very old and the walls were not always straight….but Abe always had a wonderful suggestion to overcome any of these problems. He went out of his way to source everything we wanted and the finished product is a beautiful seamless kitchen very much in keeping with the style of our house.Our expectations were definitely exceeded!Thank you Abe and your wonderful team at KRC
