Elly did a great with my first ever layered cut. I showed her a picture, we discussed what I wanted, and it turned out exactly right. Elly explained what she was doing and showed me how to style it myself. Everyone at the salon was friendly too. I will definitely go back to Elly again.

Sheep shearing anyone? Went to get haircut for both my kids and escaped after seeing my elder get his haircut. Even shearer would go easy on the sheep while shearing. Not going there again and won't recommend anyone too. The feedback was met with utter disregard.

I usually get my hair cut and colour from this place. I have found this place very welcoming. Mr. Noor, one of the member working here provides excellent service. Because of this gentlemen, I am a permanent customer for this place now and do not search for alternatives :)

As someone who is very fussy with their hair... Elly nails it every time! I live interstate now but will definitely book in with her every time I'm in Melbourne for my cut!

My 2year old son had his first hair cut here today and they were absolutely amazing. All the staff were super lovely and made our time here very welcoming.

Unfortunately most of the reviews are accurate. The customer service is just not there, the male hairdresser is not skilled in men's haircut/fades, its very basic. Also the guy there looks like he has never smiled in his life. There are better options in the area

Steven is a true master barber! Showed him a reference pic, and he worked his magic. The result? The best haircut I've ever had! I can't recommend him enough. Disgusting. They discriminated against me because I have curly 3C hair. I asked for a trim, that’s it! The hairdressers there told me $75 for a trim because they would have to blowout my hair since it’s curly. $75 for a trim is absolutely atrocious. Without the blowout it was already overpriced compared to other places, $45 for a girls trim! I’ve never had my hair blowout for a trim. They obviously have no idea what they’re doing if they do not know how to cut curly hair.The customer service was bad too. The old lady with the tattoos was wearing flip flops!? She was so rude and unprofessional. I asked if I could get a haircut when entering the salon and she couldn’t answer and instead handed me over to a barber busy with another customer to answer my question, and I had to wait a few minutes for an answer. Completely unprofessional, and she had an attitude in her voice.Do not recommend at all, especially if you hair pattern is anything but pin straight, unless you want to pay $75 for a trim. I recommend going to Justcuts, also in the shopping centre instead. They are much more friendly and I paid $37 for a trim and touch up of my layers, with the hairstylist even freshening up my curls with leave in conditioner after the haircut. Didn’t even need a blowout!
