Commonwealth Bank Seymour Branch

I've been with the bank since I was a child, I'm now 53 years old. The bank has been with me since schooldays, my first job, marriage and joint accounts, mortgage, children and so on. I do my best to buy recycled when possible, a vegetarian to minimise my carbon footprint and drive a fuel efficient car as well as having a passively heated home (on a sunny day!) Now I hear Commbank is planning on financially supporting fossil fuel industries, using the money made from my money. I cannot support an organisation which blatantly disregards doing whats right for our environment and securing a future for the next generation. I will be closing my accounts if you go ahead. And will be letting my family and friends know and probably share this information on social networks. Choose wisely.

Very good customer friendly banking branch. Closely located near Seymour Railway Station. Good ATM's around. Excellent customer care management. Located close to the best shopping malls in the vicinity. Overall good banking experience for all the deemed customers.

May 19 , AM. Due to Chinavirus social distancing rule only 12 customers allowed at a time in the bank. I almost 70 year old and a friend of similar age were asked to get out, by the manager, apparently to many in the bank. When we got out couple younger people walked in passing by the manager sitting at the Service Counter. The young ones were not asked to get out ? Later I asked the teller , who has seen what happened, why don't they have numbering system since current rule does not seem to be working and is not applied evenly to all customers regardless of their age. She was apologetic about the treatment we received. CBA member since 1970.

Friendly and helpful staff.

One of their employees did not want to open a new account for me because it was 20 minutes before the bank closed.
