Been a member with Mind & Body since arriving in Australia 4 years ago. Can’t speak highly enough of both the gym and also the Myotherapy. I use the Myotherapy sessions every month and both Ambrose and Aaron have always been amazing. Also helped me recover from a prolapsed disc a few years ago. 10/10.

Aaron's myotherapy session was extremely helpful, he released my traps which resolved my neck pain. He educated me on how to avoid tight traps via some exercises and stretches.

Ambrose helped me with my shoulder complaint through a combo of myotherapy and strength work in the gym which has completely changed my posture. I wasn’t expecting a significant change but I can now work all week on a computer without issue! I can't say enough about how he has helped me, and I definitely felt in safe hands.

Highly recommend these legends. Aaron really helped me understand my shoulder pain, and tried a few different ways to address it. And they worked. Also after care stretches. Really took the time to understand and help.

I highly recommend ACM. I have had treatments from Ambrose and Aaron over the years and they always take care to diagnose the issue thoroughly , they are very knowledgeable and the treatments have always been very effective. In addition to the treatment they also take the time to prepare an after care program

Each time I go to ACM I get very satisfactory results due to comprehensive treatment and advice for ongoing rehabilitation. Whether it's back pain, should pain or joint pain related to a sedentary work environment or heavy, repetitive exercise, these guys seem to be able to fix anything!
