Went to take a look at this place today. This place that sells vinyls to, you know... make signs. Which ironically didn't have a sign out the front to say the shop even existed. Instead they leave it up to you to determine which building is the actual shop. Logically it would be the big front building, but alas, no signs. And I'm not really one to go knocking on random doors, especially during a pandemic.

Thank you so much for a great shopping experience and sharing your knowledge.I ordered online and went into the store to pick it up. I went on a day I wasn’t feeling very chipper and ended up been blown away by the helpful service and knowledge of the staff. Thank you for taking the time to explain things to me and putting up with my demeanour. I ended up buying things in store as well.

Was incredibly surprised to see negative reviews on here - my order arrived promptly, was spot on & the quality of the acrylic blanks and vinyl I ordered were great. Will be ordering from here again. :)

Not 100% happy with the product but the service was good.I had problems peeling the backing paper off the permanent vinyl I bought and ended up spending more time getting it off than I did on the whole project un to that point.

Ordered online and went to their storefront to pick up. When I got there I advised that I had ordered one colour incorrectly and asked if I could swap it. They told me they don't do exchanges (I hadn't even taken my order yet it was till in the shop), so I asked if I could buy another roll in the colour I needed and she said they had no way to take payment (store is closed for customers at the moment) so I asked if I could buy online right there and pay over the website and she said no any orders from today wouldn't be ready until tomorrow. I was AT THE SHOP! I have never experienced such terrible customer service!!!

Received my order promptly, which was great. Unfortunately that was the end of my positive experience. Be very careful that you are veryConfident in what you are ordering- they will notExchange (note - I wasn’t asking for a refund, just an exchange). I dealt with Tahlia, who was at best, very unhelpful, bordering on rude. Very disappointed, and will not be ordering from them again.

I’ve only ordered online and my products have always been amazing to work with I prefer the iron on products from Vinyl World over the Cricut brand. Orders are always received the next day (maybe because I’m in Brisbane) regardless I am a very happy customer.

This is the only place that I have purchased from, and I am not changing because I know that the product that I am getting is of great quality. The staff are so friendly, accommodating and are so helpful with ideas and how to use a product if you are unsure. The team at Vinyl World are generally AMAZING!!I have only ever had a positive experience.I have purchased both online and in person - everything is ready so quick!
