After the usual male self neglect over a few decades, I decided to try a chiropractor over the normal physiotherapy I had resorted to when absolutely necessary.I can say that I had no idea what a positive experience it would be to try something new!I can say after 6 weeks, I am taller, more aligned and have far less pain and restriction than when I walked in the door.Tayla has been amazing! I have been seeing Dr. Tayla since my daughter was 3 months old (so almost 1 year). Not only has she helped my daughter’s development tremendously but also my partner and I. Simon and his team at Carlin chiropractic have given me my life back. At only 31 I had a long term debilitating lower back pain and other related issues that left me weak for what I was used to, in constant pain and often bed ridden at its worst. After numerous visits to GP’s, sports doctors, physios who basically said this is life as you know it, do swimming and surgery may be an option down the track it was only when I saw Simon and he said we can fix this that I started to see noticeable improvements. It was a gradual process but slowly over time they’ve rebuilt me at the core. I don’t have any noticeable back pain anymore and the numbness in feet is non existent these days. Im back playing squash and other sports.
