DISAPPOINTING. They have the capacity to excell & yet accept an average modus operandi as their standard. They are okay in most areas, but lack a point of difference that would set them apart from competitors. I'm old school & appreciate such things as courtesy & regard, when I make an email or phone enquiry, I would expect the co-ordinator to respond within a reasonable time, not completely ignore said contact. Even now, I'm having my current co-ordinator replaced because of unsatisfactory service, has anyone made contact with me re this matter after two days? Of course not, courtesy call does not extend that far. I can only hope changes are made to a more professional & satisfactory level before other options may have to be explored. I hope the manager reads this, makes some easy & telling changes re improvement, but I suspect a nose-out-of-joint as the more likely response. Cheers.
