Appalling communication, time to build and when i requested refund of credit, refused and blocked me. Am loding a complaint with Fair Trading. Based on my experience, avoid this business at ALL costs

Not the quality we expected for the price we paid. Originally told 2 week turn around on the 3 desk we ordered took 8 weeks in the end to have all 3 delivered. Poor communication and at times just not responded too at all. We asked to be consulted on our logo and this never happened. We now have a crack where the resign meets timber which was meant to be fixed weeks ago and after sending messages have had no reply. There was plenty of excuses as to why it was taking so long but when you pay up front for a product you expect deadlines to be met.

Great product and service. Had some issues with a large resin pour (operator error, not product problem!) and Ryan was extremely helpful over the phone offering guidance and advice to tackle another pour. Also helped out massively by organising express post for another resin set in order to get work underway as quickly as possible. Having used several resin brands from different suppliers, the value and service offered mean I’ll continue to use and recommend MWC’s Ice Epoxy.
