Fantastic facility, well run with friendly staff.Highly recommend.

Wouldn’t even give 1 start to be honest after my daughter almost drowned with her fill in instructor Jess. Apparently she is “very trained”. Follow up call the following day to say, “Sorry about that”. Unbelievable. I will be making a formal complaint. Do not recommend!!! Another mum who I spoke to after the incident said the same thing happened to one of her children there also which completely shocked me. Please do not waste your time!

Have 3 children attend lesson here and great instructor with small class sizes. Recommend highly

Highly disappointed with this facility's management and how its operated. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. specially the admin, very disorganised management when it comes to enrolments. I have to forcefully select 1 star for me to post this review, and this place DOES NOT deserve any star.

My kids have been coming here for 2 years. The teachers have been really patience and have shown a lot of care teaching my children how to swim. You trainers area credit to the Company thanks

Could only swim for 20mins. Was then told to get out of the lane so this other person could use it that has only just started coming there. Loyalty means nothing to this pool only money does

Lisa is amazing as our instructor.. I'm so happy. Dakota loves her and she makes her swimming experience enjoyable.

Not suitable for sensitive or cautious children. Would especially avoid if you have neuro divergent children as well. We explained my 2 year old daughter took a long time to warm up in the water and she hadnt had lessons in over a year. Our teacher Liz proceeded to pressure us to dunk her multiple times (during the first and only lesson) and while she was crying and clinging to my husband Liz was pouring cups of water on her face saying she will get used to it and she is safe (???). I have since learned this is not normal and other swim schools are much kinder and better with children, following their lead and helping them slowly become comfortable in the water.
