Brian wanted to charge me 170 dollars to tell me my dishwasher is broken-the code error told me that before they even got there . The man spent 1 hour and 45 minutes at my house to tell me what the code error already said which I told them already -Only go here if you want to throw your money away-absolute joke-didn’t care and never told me about costs -no free quote just cash grabbing

They replaced a leaking hose. Unfortunately the new hose was also faulty. After water meeting me down my hallway again I contacted Brian. It took 3 or 4 days for him to come out and check. He wasn’t sure if he had another hose or whether he needed to order a new one.After a week I tried ringing and leaving a message to ring me just to let me know what was happening. No reply. I wrote an e-mail with the same request. No reply. I thought I would be a priority considering he installed a faulty hose.After nearly 3 weeks of no machine, I decided to buy a new machine.Communication is poorly lacking.

Great service, dropped the machine in and paid for it to be inspected, told us what was wrong with it and how much it would cost to be repaired and then he repaired it, couldn’t ask for much more. All repaired before the end of the week. Really good value as well compared to others we got quote from.

Clarkes Appliance Maintenance
Made an appointment with the tech and few hours before expected arrival received reminder text. However, the tech didn't show up nor responded on my earlier text. An hour after expected appointment received a phone call from the office that the tech is not available and I need to make another appointment. Not, even, a proper apology for a very late communication.
