Food is average and on the expensive side. Staff are amazing and go over and above to assist. Very casual atmosphere with good music.

About what you expect, it's a country pub. Food was good, not amazing but big portions. Shared the parmi and myself and my partner were comfortably full!Little pricey for what they serve but you expect that in a holiday town.Staff were friendly MUST BOOK A TABLE IF YOU WISH TO ORDER DINNER.Good stop for easy meal first night into town.

Very expensive for drinks (paying $14.50 for a singular pint) and extremely rude staff. As I work in hospitality, I tend to give the benefit of the doubt but I had to warn others about this. Anita (presumably the owner) was beyond rude to paying customers, and her own staff on many separate occasions. Unfortunately, she seemingly believes she can get away with it as there are finite dining options in the evening in Kalbarri.We were respectful and polite to staff whilst having a few quiet drinks and a meal, yet seeing other reviews it is evident this is common and expected from Anita and her staff.Don’t give your business to people like this

We probably won't be returning for a meal here again, which is unfortunate because the pub itself is nice. When we went to order our food at 6pm, the lady (who i expect is the owner/manager) asked if i had a booking, which i didn't. She then referred me to the bookings recommended " sign on the front of the bar. She looked at her booking sheet and said "i can probably slip you in". (There only seemed to be 4 or 5 bookings on it! The food was deep-fried

Be sure to book before coming. We went on a Thursday and all the inside tables were fully booked. Had a great time here. In general, food was cooked well (the skin on the pork belly was unfortunately a little tough, but everything else was great) and portion sizes were generous. They have a specials board next to the counter so make sure to check it out before ordering too.

I would recommend you book, as they have a timed schedule for ordering your food. Plenty of tables, when you arrive without booking you are given a time that you can place your food order.

Book before you go. Busy pub. Meal was just lovely! Well portioned and very tasty. Value for money. Service was great as was the customer service. Recommended and would go back if we lived here, or lived close.Well done team!

OK selection of beers on tap, happy to see Pirate Life as a choice. Wine choices OK, food was pretty good. Happy with the steak burger, although I lost bun integrity half way through it was tasty and great value for money, lasagna special was great as was the grilled prawns with rice. They may be under staffed but they were all super friendly and provided great service.

Parmi was easily the best parmi that I have ever had, partners squid rings were soft and crunchy with amazing taste. outdoor seating area was quiet with music in the background all in all would highly recommend comping here for food

Cannot believe this actually happened but after reading some more reviews it makes total sense to me. The waitress that took our order was just unhelpful, rude and downright nasty to me and my partner for no apparent reason. If you don’t like costumers don’t work in costumer service based jobs, easy as that. We order a single dish, had to wait a long time only to be presented with the most mediocre food I have ever eaten. There are far better and more welcoming restaurants in Kalbarri I would recommend. Avoid at all cost unless you like being insulted for ordering food. Terrible service, food that has almost no taste and an uncomfortable evening later we are sure to never come back. Seeing how you reply to people just shows there is no want for improvement whatsoever.
