Ive been going to Vivi and her ladies for years ! they are amazing , friendly, fun and very efficient on their service with deep knowledge on hair always leaving me with amazing straight and healthy hair ! plus amazing price

Super disappointed with the keratin treatment, hair went back to dry and frizzy after washing. On the day of the appointment i was also left to wait in the cold and wind for over 30min. Upon reaching out to them for the problem i was ignored.

She's friendly and professional. I've used her products they make hair smooth. I got keratin straightening too, it makes hair healthy and manageable but for a short time. Mine lasted few washes only.

I was sooo impressed coming here to get my keratin. My hair is so much more manageable. It dries very straight, no knots and no frizz! All I do to style it is blast it dry with a hair dryer and it’s straight and so shiny! I absolutely love pink chic hair. I’ll definitely be coming regularly for sure. Also the prices are so affordable too!

I absolutely love Pinkchick. Their service is real and long lasting. My hair is at its best after the keratin treatment.cant belive how smooth and healthy it feels. Keratin treatmentThis is regarding a Hair service for which I am complaining about.I had booked an appointment for Brazilian Liss Keratin Hair Treatment for my hair with Pinkchic Hair This is regarding a Hair service for which I am complaining about.I had booked an appointment for Brazilian Liss Keratin Hair Treatment for my hair with Pinkchic Hair Salon who are based in St.Kilda East Melbourne.I am based in Clyde north which is 1hr 15mins away from me by car.The salon had mobile appointments option as well where they come and do the service for you for an extra charge.As I had undergone a recent operation and I cannot deive I opted for mobile appointment.The lady named Drusilla came half an hour late and started the service in a rough and harsh way where I have been hurted on my face and eyes multiple times..When I asked her to slow down she ignored me completely.The process involves application of hot flat iron after applying the cream ..The iron was super super hot and my scalp was burning.Even I have some blisters already.During the process,I noticed that the fringes and the front part of my hair was completely burnt and fried.Ath that fime I asked her for ghe clarification and the lady answered its normal and this will be ok once you wash off!! I felt something is not right as I can smell the burning.I tried to refrain her from progressing further but she was soo ignorant that she continued and as a result my whole lot of hair has been burnt and damaged.When she left I told that I want to speak to her manager about the service as it damaged my hair and I am not ready to oay.But she literally forced me saying that I have to oay unless she will not leave.Being a gentle woman I paid 300$ the full amount amd she told that once you wash it would be alright.And all tgat was a lie as one can see in the pictures.I immediately tried to contact the salon to get in touch with the owner,no one answered initially for a couple of times,then I dropped a txt on fb messenger about the issue and called the lady.She told me that her boss is going to contact me.The boss replies as if nothing has happened and Vivi said I need to visit the salon so that ahe can see what has happened as she will have to trim my hair.As I own my hair I cannot trust that salon again as they could have made me bald.I went to a salon nearby and they were shocked to see my hair and I had a word with couple of salons and they said o had to cut my hair short and there is no other way.My complain is about the whole situation and harrassment that I had to face and who will compensate for my lost hair ..The lady was unprofessional and dis not have any knowledge of hair services..They should be banned and I want a compensation for this.

Hello, this was my first time at Pink Chic Hair Salon, the staff were very welcoming and professional. I had the Keratin Treatment done to my hair for the first time and wow what an transformation, I came in with long dull frizzy hair and after treatment was done I came out with long, shiny, smooth hair. I couldn't be more happier. Thank you to the staff for their quick, professional service, I will highly recommend this treatment and their service. Thank you

First time at Pink Chic taking up the keratin offer. Vivi was such a lovely human doing her thing in all her glory!! I've had keratin many times before over the last 15 years and this was up to my high standards. Was professional and quick application. After the first wash I welcomed sleek hydrated shiny hair with just my hair dryer. Stood the Bali test, the rain test and no frizz. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
