Nextgen Solar Energy

I have been looking for solar for the last 3 years. Due to price and my energy usages, I was not convinced to get it. Boy!! was I wrong. Nextgen explained that with my energy usages during the day, I will making instead just wasting the natural source provided to us by nature. With the estimated calculation, in future my electricity will be able to pay for my gas usages. I am very grateful the Nextgen team for helping to chose a system that is very suitable for me. Also the roof installer and the electrician was thorough professional. They came and did their job so professionally that it was amazing. Finally, I would like to thank Mr. Foyaz for the wonderful service he provide to me.

Great up front sales service, but ended up having to personally deal the many different contractors who were coming into do their bit and not getting the job completed.Spent a couple of months just trying to source a part that one contractor lost.If you are up for just panels, then no worries. Avoid anything else than that.

In South Africa- now one answer our emails we pay and get nothing. They are gone the adres is not the right one. Never buy things there. Be careful you cant trust them .

I am very happy to recommend Nextgen Solar Energy to install your Solar Power. I found them on the Accredited Installer list at the Clean Energy Council website after getting a quote from another company doing door knocking in my area. Nextgen Solar provided full documentation of what they were providing, gave me a choice of brands and prices, maximized the number of panels I could fit on my roof, and gave me a quote that was substantially less than the other larger company. The Panels and Converters were installed within 2 weeks by a professional team, headed by a qualified electrician who explained how everything worked. Everything was cleaned up and working by the end of the day. Can't wait to see my next electricity bill!!. I highly recommend Nextgen Solar Energy.

Thanks to Rashid and Alex, I have my new solar system up and running the next day after finalising my preferred design for my difficult roof layout. Alex was very patient working with me to get the best solution and price. Rashid organised the final details and booked everything for the very next day! To beat the bad weather. The installers were very polite and accommodating to make sure I was happy where wiring and equipment were placed. Thanks to the team for a fast and magnificent job!!! After having another solar company knock on my door I was given a quote for a 6kw solar system for $14,000 and a lot of hard sales techniques. After checking with other solar companies for a comparison we discover Nextgen Solar. Rashid was very informative and helped us understand what was available and what would be suitable for our house and household. We had a 10kw system installed for a fraction of the price of the other solar quote. Thank Rashid and the rest of the Nextgen crew. After searching around for a comparable solar product I found Nextgen Solar to be up there. The quality of product used and the price was very reasonable. Nextgen Solar provided their own experienced level 2 electrician who was very professional. The sales person was there to answer any questions I had. The job was completed as planned, and to date I am happy to recommend Nextgen Solar. There was a miscommunication with the meter change, though this was quickly rectified. I also recommend that all home owners installing solar to double check that their hot water and other devices work properly before the contractors leave.

Update 02/02/23 . DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY . . THEY WILL NOT ANSWER PHONE OR RETURN CALL . HAVE NOT BEEN AT THEIR ADDRESS SINCE MAY 2022. THEY ARE NOT A MEMBER OF THE CLEAN ENERGY COUNCIL .Update 08/12/2022 . Inverter failed contacted Nextgen Solar . So far they have not replied to any of my emails .Not GOOD . Hope they get their act together .Do not trust Rashid .

We have our solar system installed with Nextgen Solar Energy at the beginning of Jan this year. The sale and installation process were smooth. However after a few days, wifi connection of the inverter (we have Sunny boy SMA red) stopped working so we are not able to monitor the performance/efficiency. We understand that's not NSE's fault that the inverter doesn't work properly but we are very disappointed with the way it has been handled so far. It has been almost 3 months, the issue still has not been resolved after multiple phone calls and emails. We don't feel NSE has been proactive about resolving the issue and we wonder how difficult it would be if we need to claim anything else under warranty.Update 12/4: we have been advised a new inverter has been ordered and NSE will send electrician to install. Will update this review once resolved.Update 19/4: new inverter arrived. NSE sent electrician to install however couldn't connect the wifi properly. We ended up googling and connecting it ourselves.
