We ended up paying nearly $4000 for a 10m shallow trench and some connections and a pit. Workers imho were very very slow, too many on site, the company was not communicative, It should have been 1.5 days work not 3. Definately not recommended, look elsewhere.

Called Jetty plumbing on a Monday because we wanted a new toilet installed. They gave me a quote that same day and Shane came out on the Friday and did it in an hour or so. Another company I called said they wouldn’t be able to give me a quote for 3 weeks! Great to deal with and finished job is perfect.

I recently had a new water heater installed by Jetty Plumbing. The office staff I communicated with by phone and email were always polite, respectful and friendly. They were always very clear in explaining things and took time to answer any questions I asked.The installation team arrived at the appointment time, were also very polite, respectful and friendly. I found them to be very competent tradesmen and very neat and thorough in their work.I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Installed a new heat pump HWS. Provided clear communication prior to the work including co-ordination of the other trades (air-con and electrical). Job completed in a single day. Neat professional work, polite attitude and a fair price. Happy to recommend.

I have used Jetty plumbing a few times and will continue to do so. They are polite, professional, give good advice, communicate effectively, arrive on time, clean and tidy after themselves, charge a fair price and I have never had to call them back on any of their work. That's why I'll call them first every time and why I can happily recommend their service.Update: Just used Jetty Plumbing again and they were excellent! They replaced our broken hot water system on the very same day that they were called. Can't ask for better than that :-)

The 2 guys were polite and presentable, did a great assessment and explained what they needed to do. They gave me a quote and negoitiated options as I already had a couple of products (after thinking I could fix it myself) They did the job well and tidied up the area before they left
