Ordered a chicken big mac today and was asked to park at the first bay. I was parked outside for close to 10 mins so I walked in to find my order sitting on the counter with a response “we didn’t see you outside” when I was literally parked in-front of their door. No apologies whatsoever. Very poor service.

I was enjoying a Big Mac at 3 am when a man came in screaming “GOT SOME FRIES” I didn’t have one and then he took my son and made him into a McFlurry! He was cute but, the food was good, and my son as a McFlurry was pretty yummy.

Tamara and her team never fail to make fresh food! I always manage to get in at a good time with very kind employees! Very great with the burgers and their ingredient portions! Restaurant is clean in all visible aspects from the customer areas!

They are really slow and recently alot of peopl3 are ordering burgers and there are no buns just the insides of the burger in the bun clearly the staff are being cheeky also there fries are allways terrible

Waited in the drive-thru for over 7 minutes for 2 Frozen drinks. Only 1 person in the waiting bay and no one in front of me, when I asked why did it take so long I was told that other people have been waiting longer. Well mate, I'd be looking at your staff as the 2 of you were walking back and forth talking, it's 10.05 pm it wasn't busy!!!!

Came in around 9.10pm, got food 30 mins later. Half of it was cold. Always slow as hell when I come to this store in recent months. Hjs is so much faster and better, as soon as they can do a better frappe, I don’t know why I’ll bother again.

They NEVER have the promotions like the new potato scallops. They always have a huge line they can’t deal with. Staff are friendly and food is good when fresh but get your stuff together high Wycombe you’re a fast food chain. Not a sit in the drive through for 36 minutes and have no stocks of stuff.

Terrible service took 20 minutes for a coffee. I work at a cafe myself and it gets 20 times more busy then that and we have orders coming out ALOT quicker. never going back

McDonald’s is the biggest fast food the world over. With all walks of life eating here on the regular. I dined with the misses for a bit of a snack before lunch we didn’t have to wait long and the classic west aus news paper was laying about so I gave that a quick read. The food was hot and cooked fresh. Great start to Monday before getting on the beers with the boys

The 24 hour menu IS available 24 hours, but don't expect it to be of equal quality. Ordered a big Mac meal around 5am, had to park (supposedly to make my food fresh) both chips and burger were cold and horrible and my big mac had 1 layer of bun, followed by 2 burger patties and all the ingredients and then the middle and top bun thrown on top of everything. The staff member who took my order was incredibly friendly and did a fantastic job. It's a shame the food was awful.
