Good afternoon to the shop owner. I would like to congratulate you for the beautiful shop you have since I have couple of shops myself. It was an appalling experience for my girlfriend and I today the way you conveyed your concern with face mask and sanitizer. I like to shop local and support businesses like yours getting back on their feet after this horrific pandemic but you didn't give us a good first impression when your voice tonality made me think twice about contributing to your business. I had a coffee in my hand and had no intention of touching anything in your shop because I know how it feels to sanitise each and every item after a days of work. You raised your voice at me and my girlfriend knowing that we were drinking both two coffees to put our mask on. First of all, you need to put a sign saying no drinks allowed if you did not want the assumed behaviour of concern for your safety and that of your customers. Secondly, I do not appreciate a double standard where the fact is that another valued customer of yours did not have her mask on properly. This is not something you do when someone steps inside of your well esteemed establishment. Goodluck
