Woeful experience. Was told an item wasn't available to me, but when I checked a second time the price was marked at an astronomical increase. Shame on you for charging over RRP for coins when your a retailer business. Never again, and I'm sure the other people I've spoken to will never be seen in your shop again either.

I posted a parcel to my son in NZ (for his wedding) in early November, parcel never made it out of VIC, after alot of stress finding out it was missing and basically no one knew where it ended up.December 15 I recieved a call from a lovely lady who is the new owner, she came across my parcel stashed under a bench!Tracy went above and beyond to get my parcel sent to my son.BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!

We're lucky to have this business in our neighbourhood. Tracey and the team are setting a standard for the best customer service on offer. Their efficiency, their 'can do' attitude and pleasant nature tells me that they really love doing what they do, and they do it so damn well!Stocking a variety of local products from Scent Lab oils to Jan's Old Fashion Biscuits, you'll even find the perfect gift or a top up of office supplies. This post office makes me want to be their favourite customer!*Australia Post, take note, you could learn a thing or two from these guys

- Call up at 5:11pm on a Friday when google says 'closed'- Tracey picks up, makes time for my silly request- I tell her a package has been delivered today but I can't see it in the mailbox, hoping by some off chance it's been returned to the post office- she looks it up, tells me it's been delivered, and looks up the proof of delivery photo, describing where the postie had stuck the parcel in the part of my mailbox I had forgotten about- parcel located- would give Tracey and Vines Rd LPO six stars if I could

New proprietor and five star level of service. I don't think I have ever received such outstanding service at a post office. Ever so polite, friendly and helpful. The new lady owner went the extra mile.
