SSAA Silverdale Rifle Range

Very kind and courteous staff. Had the pleasure of trying out the new BulletSeeker chronograph today which worked a treat! Awesome range and equipment for load development.

Really cool range. My first time shooting and the staff were very helpful. Run through everything and I had very enjoyable experience. I enjoyed the crack of the .308 next to me and me and my dad's .223 and .22. Went here 5/03/2022.

I recently took my wife to Silverdale for a much postponed (due to the flooding) Try Shooting session. Luke and James were fantastic - really helpful and encouraging. Love the atmosphere there - will be bringing more Try Shooters !

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. It was my first time going to the range after acquiring my licence. I was able to hire a club rifle as a SSAA member. I stated I was new on arrival and was taken through everything I needed to know to get started and told to just yell out if I had any questions and they would help. Tony was the range officer on the day and would check-in on how I was going, answer any questions I had (how to use the scope) and gave me lots of advice which improved my accuracy (barrel temperature, trigger pressure, eye sight, not tensing). The club itself looked great, the range was well presented, and safety was key. Looking forward to returning again and improving my skills.
