Zelda Van Rensburg is by far the best property manager we’ve had in our 7 various rentals. She’s consistently made time to be helpful. She’s been prompt and professional in her communication. Would recommend her to anyone as a property agent.

I have been a renter for many years and have rented apartments in Sydney before moving to Melbourne but I have never experienced the kind of service provided by Fiona. She has an exceptional work ethic. She is always available by phone or email and is very quick to reply or resolve any issues.I think something else that makes Fiona stand out from the crowd is her gentle and caring personality and the way in which she presents herself. I truly believe Motion Property did an amazing job with their application process as they have selected a person of such high calibre to be a part of their team. I'm a new tenant in a property managed by Motion Property and must say that this is the best experience I've had with a Real Estate Agency to-date. Kirsten and Nigel are incredibly responsive, always kind/empathetic and, happy to go the extra mile for all the weird and wacky requests we send their way! I would definitely use their services for an investment property of my own (one day!) but for now, I'm glad to have such a good relationship with our property manager.

I have been with motion property for two years as a renter. Fiona was my property manager and she was always extremely accomodating and very quick to respond to any enquiries from me. I have recently had to break my lease and Fiona managed to ensure that I did not have to pay any releasing fees or extra rent. She also helped me get all of my bond back. Jasmine our property manager is exceptionally helpful and very quick response to any request. She goes out of her way to assist us in all aspects.It's very easy to deal with Motion Property team including Nigel Chee who is always very helpful and cheerful.
