Appalling customer service. Sold me a pair of shoes that were clearly faulty. Back of shoe was excessively loose and did not match the item description. Agreed to refund the cost of the shoe but not the postage. Not a pleasant experience. Defensive, nonsensical communication (at one point Mary tried to blame the issue on my foot stating I'm sorry the shoe didn't fit your foot"! This is despite me providing photos of the very obvious fault and how the shoe did not match the item description). I recommend staying away from this store

Was able to find my size in some Grosby slippers that no where else had (13 mens). Order shipped to Melbourne well, and lovely personalised note from Rylee who packed the order. Thanks Rylee!
