Toby responded quickly to my request for support in helping solve problems related to the recent downloading of the new version of Microsoft. Being able to use remote connection through TeamViewer was very efficient. He had been recommended to us by friends who engaged his services recently to rectify a serious problem with their computer system. I would highly recommend Toby.

Toby has saved me once again! He is always prompt, attentive and knowledgeable. He wasn't able to resurrect my old computer but he was able to retrieve my data and get me set up with a new machine, and all for a most reasonable price. Had a great experience with Toby today!! Was super friendly and helpful providing me with information about purchasing new laptops as well as backing up the data on my old laptop. I was in Perth having just started quarantine when my brand new laptop's internet adapter drivers decided to exit stage left. Luckily I was able to establish a connection and Toby did the rest. Excellent assistance and patience with a client who is not a computers friend. Failure was not an option as work needed to be completed ASAP and Toby came through from the other side of the continent. Absolute life saver and cannot speak highly enough about this business.

Being a freelance graphic designer requires reliable, professional and fast support when your gear fails. Even though Computer Zen had expressed a busy work load, they were able to prioritise replacing the motherboard on my machine so I was able to meet some tight deadlines. Had an issue with my laptop where it used to heat up a lot and used lag from time to time. called a couple of places in order to fix it but all of them said that they couldn't help.but once i called computer zen, Toby said that he could resolve the issue. he came the next day and cleaned up the fan of my laptop. he even fixed my audio jack (got a pin stuck in it), which i thought was never gonna get fixed.Overall Toby did a fantastic job and was even kind enough to explain to me the issue that i was having and also what test he did after he fixed the issue. I highly recommend Computer zen and Toby.

Toby was super helpful and friendly, and managed to work me into a busy day so I could get a fast repair. Tested a number of possible causes and gave lots of info on what he was doing and what I'd be able to do myself in future. Never rude or condescending. Highly recommend, A+!
