I have only had positive experiences in my dealings with Boss Fire. Warwick Scott who looks after us here in Victoria, couldn't be a better professional.

Boss Fire are attentive to the needs of the market. Whether it be their Fyrebox solutions or caulking products, here at Fire Rating Solutions, we find they make the difficult situations simple to solve.

Would not recommend this company as they don't back their own product.Purchased their fireproof downlight covers. After purchasing found out they don't actually meet the standards required for a 2 layer system. None of their product information online states this even though they claim it's 2 hr resistant.On top of that their sales team just stops responding to your emails when you point this out and they don't back their product enough for a full refund, charging you a 20% restocking fee. It's not like I purchased a commercial amount and would struggle to move it on.Better off finding someone else that completely discloses the product information and provides 100% refund if it doesn't
