It’s the worst service I’ve ever seen.I went there today for my wedding rings. I want to buy a plain wedding band (sorry I’m too poor to buy a diamond one) and the staff looked so unwelcome and impatient like I actually owe them one. When I asked if they have some other styles, they just replied “No” without giving me any other suggestions. And of course no smiles at all.This is the second time I went there and the first time was no better than this one.I will never enter this shop again. So bad.

Reserved a men watch last night so I can just easily go to shop and buy it, however once I got there, they wrapped a watch with full of scratches on its screen. I tried to be nice and picked another one and they mentioned that it is the same price but when comes to paying the money apparently it becomes more expensive than what they had told me. So disappointed about the service.

My son bought a $450 necklace for his gf. When he showed me i could tell they had taken no care with it. The necklace was all tangled and knotted in the box and the gift wrapping was a joke.

Shopped today with my young Son for a gift he wanted to choose for a 'special' person. Apart from the great quality item, I wish to commend Krystal (apologies if the spelling is wrong) for her understanding and attention that made the choice easy and the experience a good one.

Today is my first time walk in to Michael Hill store - to be more specific - Eastland store. I was served by Biannca. She delivered an incredible 5-star customer experience. Friendly, warm, understand my needs. It make my Christmas shopping so enjoying.

Michael Hill has always been one of my favourite stores. However, I was so disappointed with the service received this morning at Eastland. The lady with short hair was rude and impatient. She didn't offer any smile and suggestions and just wanted me to choose something and pay. She even didn't reply at all when I said thanks for your time and help!!!

Having great stylish and good quality options for solid gold jewellery, and well displayed in a store with great lighting. Would always choose Michael Hill when it comes to beautiful long last jewellery!

My boyfriend came in here a few months ago to get me a present for our anniversary. He specifically told the sales staff that it was for our anniversary and asked for advice on a ring to buy - no idea why they would but they ended up suggesting an engagement and bridal set of rings.My boyfriend had no idea and after I told him that he'd just bought me and engagement and a wedding ring he was shocked that the staff would suggest buying it, especially after he told them what it was for. (NOT an engagement, an anniversary present)

I'm one of the loyal customers of Michael Hill. I went to the eastland shop to ask their products I had bought from other michael hill shop yesterday because it has some problems on it. However, the two staff sitting in the incorner side of the store, their attitude was very rude and response was also so disappointing. Strongly not recommend this eastland store and would never be back.
