Bedshed Cockburn

Don't bother with click and collect. I had to call the next day to see if the mattress I ordered was ready, even though when you checkout online it's stated that the store will contact you when your order is ready. The mattress was in stock so there was no reason for the delay.After calling I drove down to collect the mattress and after arriving, ringing the doorbell twice, giving up and calling the store, then waiting another 25 minutes someone finally opened the door to give me my one mattress. To top it off there was nobody who could help me load it on the roof of my car. I have a destroyed back, had a shoulder replaced after a traumatic injury, and various other issues from 30 years in the Army, and not one person in a furniture store could help.This is really poor and inconsiderate customer service. It seems like once they have your money, the service stops there.I definitely won't be back.

This shop is very welcoming and well set out. We were approached by Kelly, a very friendly sales person with the most lovely happy smile. She listened to our needs to set up a little girls room that allowed the suit to grow with the child. Her knowledge of the shop products was exceptional and her explanation of the pro's and con's of each to meet our needs was most appreciated. At no time did we feel pressured but valued as customers. We purchased the suit and mattress of our choice and all was delivered on time without any hiccups. The result is very happy grandparents with a very happy granddaughter. We confidently recommended Bedshed Cockburn, we will be returning and we will be asking for Kelly to assist us again.

Purchased a mattress from the Cockburn store today. After looking around at a few other nearby furniture stores, we decided on one we’d been shown earlier by Chrystine. That’s when the fun began, and I mean that in the good way. Chrystine made the choice easy and we had a good laugh too. When all is said and done, I probably couldn’t tell many of the mattress brands apart, so it was really her brilliant service that made us choose Bedshed. Thanks for everything!

I experienced great service at Bedshed Cockburn. I purchased my new bed and it was delivered promptly on time. I had a few problems with the assembly ( only because I stubbornly tried to assemble it myself) but Priscilla has gone above and beyond to help me sort that out. We bought an expensive mattress from Bedshed after trying it in the store, but the mattress we received wasn't like the one we tried. After few weeks of sufferance and back pain, we contacted them and explain to them that we've got the wrong mattress, they said they will fix the problem, they took it and brought us a mattress, but it was the same mattress with nothing changed. We regret this purchase. We will never buy anything from this store.
