I have held on to the way I was made to feel regarding my situation for 17 years.I am now 38yrs old, however when I was 21yrs old I had an appointment to discuss my very sensitive family situation and to gain advice.I was given not an ounce of empathy or understanding. I was spoken to in a condescending manner and was out the door in 10 or 15 minutes.About 2 years after this experience I was driving past and decided to go in again and personally disclose my disappointment in the way I had been treated.I am a very polite, educated and well mannered person. In no way was I vulgar or rude whilst conveying my experience to the secretary.The minute she got wing of where the topic was going to stormed over to the door, held it open and ordered me to leave.I said that there was no reason she should be displaying such poor behaviour and behaving rudely and that bad practice was clearly something that entire office displayed.I left calmly. Certainly never to return.I am surprised he is still practicing.

I had minor dealings with this firm in the past and John was most unprofessional. From what I have heard from others....they haven't changed much. I would be going elsewhere.

First time calling, cut me off as I was trying to say something than hung up on me.
