Most honest and professional mechanics I've met, helped me out of a real bind! My alternator belt snapped on the way to the Otways, spoke with Ben who was very helpful in diagnosing the problem over the phone, offering advice and a quote despite it being so late in the day. Took care of me first thing the next morning and ended up charging me less than the quote. What a bloody ripper!
