Very impressed with the help and advice we received and super appreciative when a staff member offered to deliver an item, on his way home, that wouldn’t fit in my car.

Very rude lady on the phone. Very long wait if your scooter breaks down. Id look elsewhere if I were you. Also concocted a story which i want to speak with mamangement about because these claims are false and i am considering taking her for defamation. Acuse me of being threatening to staff however if this was the case where is the police report to back up her allegations. She dont have and cant produce. Welcome the manager of this organisation to contact me to discuss both sides of the story. They also advised Tac that i was using threatening language to thier staff i can prove i was in hospital at this time as i had just had major surgery. I was bed ridden on the date in question. Be weary of this place if i were you.

Excellent, well stocked and priced goods. Staff are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable unlike other disability stores I have been to where you can't get anyone to help you

Sue was very kind and helpful. She went out of her way to make sure we had what we neededand assisted my daughter to get the items into the car. Thank you
