I have shopped here on numerous occasions and find them most helpful

Unfortunately the workmanship wasn't of a good standard. Replacement Perspex was cut too short and original quoted labour rate went from $45 to $145. Owner did offer to re-cut Perspex but after the multiple issues I just didn't want to deal with this company anymore. Used an alternate supplier for the additional supply of Perspex for my caravan windows in Rockingham.

Recently we had an issue with a shower screen of ours that had been installed by another local glass company which had no end of problems. After almost 6 months, my Husband and I had grown tired of dealing with this company and their many excuses as to what could be causing our issue. In despair, we looked for a second opinion and found Allied Glass and Lin wonderful with advice and helpfulness. We ended up having one of their workers Laz attend our property and do a service call . In record time (after listening to my problem) he identified an issue, fixed it and was on his way. Their customer service went a long way to settling our frustration and actually fixing our problem ... Many thanks Allied Glass!

Order the window to be fitted and supplied the wrong frame. The woman in reception refuses to listen or accept responsibility last time I will ever shop there!

My husband and I have been dealing with allied glass for 19 years and can't recommend them high enough. the owner Lin is lovely and has exceptional customer service. Also there glass always looks fantastic when we get something done. Thanks guys

I have been dealing with Allied Glass for over 30 years- on the glass side of their business, and in the recent installation of security doors and screens in my new house. The price was very competitive and they did an excellent quality job, as usual! I wish Lin and all her team the very best for the future.Brian Williams

Be warned of verbal quotes – my experience:I had a large framed wall mirror requiring new glass, I explained that 2 workers will be required to handle it.I received a verbal quote of $389 to collect, fix a new mirror and return the mirror to my wall.Just one worker came the first time and he could not take the mirror off the wall.The second time two guys came and because of concealed bottom attachments they could not remove the mirror.I learnt how the mirror was attached and released it.The third time the same two guys came, took the mirror, then returned the completed job.COST $591!! Reason given: Two workers had to come to my place twice!!$202 extra (%52 extra). The Allied shop/factory is around 6km from my residence, making around 12km of travel for two workers and with time spent at my place would have been less than 40 minutes.Be warned - get all quotes in detailed writing.

Very friendly and understanding dispite use using another company to undertaking the quoted work.But money is money after all.

Just wanted to share with others what a great experience I had with Allied Glass. They were friendly fast and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble and nothing was overlooked. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

Shopping in the store this morning, taking photo's of the shower screens. I was ready to sign up for my screen to be fitted. I had already contacted them by phone the day before for the model I wanted & price.A woman aggressively walked out & rudely told me not to take any pictures & to ask her first.I left the store upset and angry, saying you lost my business". She said she "wasn't worried".AVOID"
