Kitchen to Table

My husband and I just completed an Asian Cooking class with Meredith. The food was prepared and cooked in such a professional way. The recipes were presented in such a relaxed and informative way. I would highly recommend any of her classes, I have done several over the years.

Wayne thoroughly enjoyed the Ottolenghi cooking class. It was an amazing and delicious lunch- the biggest surprise was how simply all the courses were put together in such an efficient manner. Lots of learning, fun and useful tips to extend your cooking knowledge. Wayne would highly recommend any experience organised by Meredith and Scott.

I enjoyed learning some new tips to improve my cooking. The Thai dishes were delicious. Meredith is a great cook and explained and demonstrated everything so well. I will be making the coconut ice cream, red curry chicken curry bake and a few other dishes as well. Great easy to follow recipes.

My husband gave me the Thai Cooking Class as a Christmas present and it certainly didn’t disappoint. Meredith and Scott deliver a very professional cooking demonstration but in a very relaxed and natural way. Meredith is very knowledgeable about ingredients and methods. I even learned how to correctly chop an onion! The class of 8 people was just the right size and we were all included in completing some of the tasks which made it a real inclusive experience. The meal was beautifully presented and very tasty. I thoroughly enjoyed the class and would definitely recommend it to anyone who enjoys food and wants to learn more about its journey from kitchen to table.Mas PayneYamba

I am so grateful to Kitchen to Table for continuing to offer such variety in their Cooking Classes. I now have the confidence to produce Sourdough at home thanks to Leticia from Ashby Sourdough who helped us feel" our way through every step. I look forward to my next Class in November. :)"

Cooking classes with Meredith and Scott are such a wonderful experience. Meredith is so knowledgeable and helpful with all kinds of tips and the most beautiful recipes to share amongst the small group classes. Highly recommend attending if you love to cook and learn new things.

Sour Dough Workshop - what a great afternoon ! The class was fantastic, with easy to follow instructions, hands on , with take home instructions with recipes ,a starter ,a loaf to bake at home ( which my family loved ) and links to videos as a reminder. Letitia’s Introduction to Sourdough class was fun , interesting and relaxing , I have done dozens of classes , all varieties , and this is one of my all time favourites. Meredith and her Team are so welcoming and stock an amazing range of gifts , kitchenware , linens , foods and a whole lot more , love this shop . I always find something wonderful to take home for either myself or as a gift , great ranges and prices. Well done Letitia and Kitchen to Table Team. Worth popping into Yamba for a visit. Absolutely love the cooking classes at Kitchen to Table. Meredith and all the staff at KTT are so helpful and knowledgeable about products.The classes are engaging and the cooking tips are easy to transfer into your home kitchen. Meredith shares her best advice about cooking techniques. Her stories of travel and cooking experiences overseas have you imagining the sights, smells and atmosphere of these places. The menus are simply delicious.Thanks again KTT for another wonderful class and a chance experience wonderful food with lovely people.
