I had Anna Wright help me file my first tax return for my small business. She was very organised and friendly, and took all the stress out of the process! Sindy from H&R Block in Midland has been my accountant for over 3 years and I couldn’t be happier with the service she offers. Sindy is quick to respond to all my tax questions, she does my returns promptly and makes the entire process quick and simple. I’ve recently moved to Melbourne, yet still it is so easy to liaise with her and the ability to sign documents through the digital portal means I can get all my tax done from the comfort of my home. They are professional and make doing tax very easy.They also help with cryptocurrency related tax matters and don't charge outrageous amounts for such help as numerous other places seem to do. Terrible !!!! They were given my papers to do and I had called quite a lot to see if they needed anything and they always took my number and said lady in question would call back which never happened. ..lady meant to do them was away...busy...out of the office or sick. Spoke with them and said if there was someone else who could do it I was happy for them to do so...unless they didnt want to do it. Couple of hours later I get a phone call saying did I want to pick papers up !!!! Customer service is non existant as far as I am concerned....
