Roxy Dry Cleaning

I took my clothes for dry cleaning 5 tshirts which were white. I came to pick them up and the white tshirts were given to me PINK!! Don’t recommend this service at all. They ruined my clothes. Never using them again.

White garments came back pink and grey. Absolutely disgusting service, very rude customer service. This place should be shut down. I would give 0 stars if I could

If I could get in without a star I wouldn't even give one star because they don't deserve it I took my coats there for dry clean and they came back with bad smell I told them but they didn't want to do it again ..they called me and while I was speaking with the worker on the phone she hunged up ..they unprofessional, disrespectful, scammers they don't know how to do business and treat customers..they took my money without doing anything..i advice people not to go there and waste their money..the funny thing was the worker there was telling my sister that the boss is not happy¡¡ who shouldn't be happy a boss or a customer??¡¡ I rather to wash it myself than going there..

Roxburgh park dry cleaning is the rudest place ever. If I could I would give 0 stars. The girl at the front counter was discriminating and making up stupid rules ie. if you’re indecisive we can shorten the length with additional cost however if you’re decisive person we can shorten the length with free of charge. When she initially told me we can leave it long at the beginning and then shorten it if needed as she took the measurements herself.

Worst customer service.

Dropped off Grooms white shirt for dry cleaning. Picked it up with stains still on the shirt (foundation makeup). Took it back telling them that they should’ve checked the shirt before giving it, stating that this is “ridiculous” and not good enough. The owner threw the shirt back to me saying “you are being rude, take it somewhere else”Only 1 day before the wedding thankfully we had spare shirts at home. Never again will I come here. Disgusting service!!

Never give them your expensive clothes for alterations, they are in inexperienced and rude.

Have taken my coat here TWICE. Thought i was imagining the first time my coat came back with cat hair on it but took it in again and the sticky jam I dropped on it was still THERE! What disgusting scammers this place is I'm going to make sure I pop in and let them know as well but DO NOT USE THEM. They are obviously taking money and not doing the job.

This is the worse alteration place I have ever been too. I would not recommend going there, they are just money hungry. She didn’t even fix my alterations to fit me and would not provide me a refund after having my dress for 3 three days. She said she would atleast give me $20 back but then said we had to pay $20 extra to undo the mistake that they made and then refused to refund me my money. My dress is now ruined I cant even return it. Biggest waste of time and $45. Dont bother going here WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
