Falafel in salad was awesome and both tasted and felt very fresh. Large salad was bigger than expected, with real chicken/avocado/beef used in salads . Thankyou

Very Avarage service, I ordered a large mix salad bowl and requested multiple times for more of the actual salad toppings instead of the huge amount of rocket and premixed salad, would not recommend

Have had a few chicken avocado ciabatta's and more than happy with them. For the price, I'm more than satisfied. I often make and bring my own lunch to work, but it's handy to know that I can fall back on Soul Origin as a plan B. Service is always spot on considering how busy the store is.

I came here today for some lunch after hearing many positive things about this place. I got served by a lovely Asian lady( only mentioning race because I couldn’t get her name sorry) she was great in suggesting some food options for me and had good customer service skills . The food was great the only reason why I haven’t given a 5 star review is because the food I selected was the last in each tray so it looked like it had been out on the display counter for a while . I hope this issue can be rectified soon because I’ll definitely be back.UPDATEThis is literally my favourite restaurant now, highly recommend.

Bought the schnitzel baguette to share.....was all open in the bag, bread was at least a day old ( even though I asked and was told it was fresh today) and the ratio of schnitzel to roll was 1/3.....took it back to ket them know and just got a shoulder shrug!!!!

Theyve let the quality of their coffee drop. Also changed smashed avo on toast to smothered cheese on toast with a garnish of avo. Way overpriced and falsely advertised

Experienced atrocious customer service today! Ordered food and coffee, all came out pretty quickly except one dish. I waited at least 20 mins asking a few times if my order was coming. The young girl was extremely rude. When the dish did come out, she gave it to another customer who ordered after me. In the meantime, my family had finished their coffee and food whilst I was still waiting. I asked for a refund but even that was too hard. Instead of a refund she took more money out. Absolutely hopeless, that girl is definitely in the wrong job as she was so rude and incompetent. I will not be back which is a shame as the food looks good.

(A review of Soul orugin upstairs.)I used to love soul origin. Until I experienced the worst service. I came first and i was waiting, but they took other people's orders first, and they checked the iced drinks three times, and hot drink came out. I'm so disappointed. I'm going to another branch, but I'm not going to visit here again.

Just had 1 of the most enjoyable coffee's I've had in a very long time. The girls behind the counter were very polite and friendly highly recommend this place. The food looked amazing. Will definitely be back for food next time.
