Terrible Customer Service. Called about a laptop charger and the girl was extremely unhelpful. For a small business one would assume a higher level of help.I offered to give full information on the charger (Dell 19.5v 3.34A/4.62A) I required which I was told was not useful as I needed to physically bring my laptop in the store. Being a circumstance where I was time poor (which I explained) this did not give me confidence that the store could provide me with the product I needed.I called through to Wonthaggi Electrical with this information and they confirmed they had a charger suitable and I was able to go straight away and pick it up.

Have used Waterfront Computers a couple of times and always find them professional and efficient. Problems fixed with a minimum of fuss at a fair price. Dale is very helpful. Highly recommend. Now closed as of late 2022

So impressed with level of service and quality of work provided by Zena. I had a cracked touch screen on my laptop, as a result I couldn't even turn it on . She was able to order me a replacement screen and provide me with a temporary fix so I could in the meantime still use my laptop carefully.Within days the screen was in, my laptop screen was fixed and it is looking and working awesome.Really appreciate her kind and understanding manner.Highly recommend.

The company changed hands a few years ago. After dealing with the original owners for many years with both our business and private computers, I'm please to say I have found the new owners to be equally pleasant, friendly and helpful and the work to be just as fast, expert and fairly priced. Look forward to many more years of satisfied service.

Wouldn't waste my money here, I understand that there are rules in place at the moment with how many people are to be in the shop but when you only have a sign on the door that says social distancing I went in there with my son to buy a computer and got told that he needs to or I need to wait outside as there is a limit of only two people in the store. Put that on your door if that is rules. I was there yesterday by myself and there was at least 4 to 5 people in the shop.

The girl who was working was very rude in giving service and was quick to refuse me on service due to not having a mask on but did not even think to ask if I had an exemption. So instead of explaining myself for my exemption I walked out with no hesitation, as I found it odd how fast she was to refuse my service but before I walked into their shop I saw both employees with no mask on talking quiet close to each other.Highly don't recommend as they are rude and don't take in to consideration of what they say before they say it!

Took my pc to this place for a cpu change. was fine. my cpu started overheating. so i took it back and they thought it was a gpu problem. charged us $135 for basically doing nothing. cpu still overheats upto 100 degrees.

I recently had my laptop windows program updated to Windows 10 and the staff at Waterfront firstly checked that my laptop would run the program and once installed they explained how it worked and what i would need to do once at home and connected to my wifi. I am extremely happy to recommend the team at Waterfront for their professional attitude and work skills. Well done and I'm very happy with the work they did.

DO NOT RECOMMEND AND WILL NEVER RETURN!They took a week to look at my computer tower, gave it back to me in pieces just placed in little bags with screws and bits missing, told me they couldn't workout what was wrong, but still said if I replace the CPU and motherboard it should work, charged me $90 for it, and when I got someone else to look at it I was informed that all I needed to do was replace the graphics card.
